This also includes Personal / Family Plan coverage for the small business owner’s entire family (normally an additional $9.95 per month). There are no long-term contracts and membership may be canceled at any time.

To enroll you may complete the Combination Membership Application, choosing an automatic payment option of monthly checking/savings account deduction or monthly credit card charge. Alternatively, you may pay by direct bill for a full year of membership by completing the Membership Application and mailing a check or money order in the amount of $299.40 made payable to “Preferred Legal Plan” to Preferred Legal Plan, Bayshore Executive Plaza, Suite 580, 10800 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, Florida 33161.
