price of $9.95 per month. Membership covers the
named member, a spouse or domestic partner, and
any dependent children. There are no long-term
contracts and membership may be canceled at any
time. To
enroll you may complete the Membership
Application, choosing an automatic
payment option of monthly checking/savings account
deduction or monthly credit card charge. Alternatively,
you may pay by direct bill for a full year of
membership by completing the Membership Application
and mailing a check or money order in the amount
of $119.40 made payable to “Preferred
Legal Plan” to Preferred Legal Plan, Bayshore
Executive Plaza, Suite 580, 10800 Biscayne Blvd.,
Miami, Florida 33161.
